It's also confused me even more because of the fact that when my brother logs on using his Minecraft account (as well as using the same Minecraft Forge client download and the Latest Dalek Mod version), he is able to play as normal. I have searched Google for a way to fix it but I haven't found anything other than a few forums saying it's something to do with a mod - and since The Dalek Mod is the only mod im running, I don't know what to do.

Finally, I re-logged once more and this time managed to ask a staff member to force summon my Tardis as It was in flight when I had to teleport out, but once the Tardis had been summoned my game crashed once again. But after a couple of seconds it crashed once again. I then re-logged on and quickly typed /spawn to teleport out of my Tardis hoping this would fix it. When I logged on, at first I was in my TARDIS and the game immediately crashed. (I have also inserted the full crash report at the end.) It loads very slowly and anywhere between after immediately logging on to around 5 mins my game ALWAYS crashes and gives me this crash error:
